How to Order
Online
Ordering online from A.C. Chase is safe and easy. Simply begin by browsing our online store. As you find items that you'd like to purchase, click on the "add to cart" button next to the item. Your selection will automatically be added to your shopping cart located on our secure server. Once you've selected all of the items you wish to purchase, click on the "View Cart" button in the upper right hand corner of our web site. At this time, you can view and/or modify your selections and still have the option to "continue shopping" or "proceed to checkout". When you proceed to checkout, you will then be prompted to sign in (if you've used our site before) or to register your information so that we may process your order. All personal information is entered and stored on our secure server.

Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash, can not be returned for a cash refund and are not transferable. Any unused portion will remain available for future purchases under the same gift certificate number. A.C. Chase is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.

A.C. Chase only ships within the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii.
Standard Delivery via UPS
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of credit card approval. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday or holidays will be processed and shipped on the following business day. Your order should arrive within 10 business days. Most orders arrive in 4 to 5 days.
Overnight Delivery via UPS
For an additional charge, you may request your package be shipped overnight delivery. Orders must be placed weekdays before 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time for guaranteed same day shipping. Please see the chart below for additional fees.

Return Policy
Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment (including gifts), you may return any item for any reason, for a full refund (we'll also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error).
We cannot accept items returned after 30 days.
We'll notify you via email or phone of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.
Return costs are at your expense. If the return is due to our error, we will credit your credit card in the amount of the return shipping charge. To return an item, please UPS or Federal Express the item in its original packaging to:
